*In this late-night feature – which will run on Tuesday and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Andrea requested a few picks for fuzzy sweaters, so here we go:
LOFT Slouchy Boucle Sweater – was $69.50, now $23.99
Extra 60% off taken in cart
What a deal! Boucle isn’t quite as fuzzy as, say, mohair but it has considerably more loft than cotton or merino. And this cozy funnelneck comes in this plum as well as gray, ivory, or forest green. Available in sizes XS – XL. Size availability varies by color. Also available in petites. I had a bear of a time finding anything truly similar in plus sizes, but there’s plenty of boucle on eBay.
H&M Mohair-blend Turtleneck – was $39.99, now $19.99
And here we have the aforementioned mohair. (Kinda the opposite of Tuesday’s picks, right? I love the look of mohair, but DANG it’s itchy.) This sweater has multiple knits in its design, giving the impression of contrast sleeves. I totally dig this muted green, but it’s also available in pale gray. In sizes XS – L. Size availability varies by color. Again, nothing truly similar but this plus size cardi is a mohair blend and this boucle tunic sweater is a similar shape in sizes 1X – 3X. This pullover is a mohair blend available in petites.
Madewell Alexa Mohair-blend Pullover – was $128, now $89.99
Probably the night’s fuzziest, though it’s also a relatively open knit so will need to be layered for warmth. This sweater may look white, but it’s actually a very pale sea green – pretty for now, and great for spring, too. Available in sizes XXS – XL. You’ll find some great plus-sized mohair options on eBay.
Sonoma Boucle Turtleneck – was $44, now $14.99
And one more boucle to round out the night. This one looks even fuzzier than its friend up top, and features a traditional turtleneck in case you’re not keen on the mock. Available in this red as well as gray, pale blue, navy, or oyster in sizes XS – XL. Size availability varies by color. This style lacks a turtleneck but has a good range of colors in sizes 1X – 4X.
