I should really be cleaning my house instead of sitting at the computer, reading all of these fabulous posts! If you were to compile all of these writings into a book, I would be first in line to buy it.

happy new year’s eve, Sal! Love those blue shoes. Went back to muse on your hairstyle/wardrobe post as my wardrobe has stayed much the same over the years (can’t afford anthro all the time, but my wardrobe definitely mirrors their boho-femme-romantic-fussy look), but I’ve been steadily changing my hair of late. I cut my long locks for a donation last year (a memorial project in honour of a woman, a mother of one of my high school chums, who finally lost her fight with cancer after many years; I shaved my head the summer she died and began growing virgin hair for the donation), went to a bob, then a choppy piecy shag, then a blunt bob-with-bangs this Sept to the slightly mod blunt bowl cut I’m anticipating in Jan-Feb (just cut my own straight bangs into a curve to get the shape started), it’ll be interesting to see if my wardrobe can “keep up” with the new look, which is edgier than anything I’ve had before (except maybe the buzzcut in ’06!)
