Ya know, I’ve always thought of this thrifted dress as “animal print,” but I’m not entirely sure which animal sports this pattern. A wobbly miniature cheetah? A psychedelic leopard? Maybe it’s just … blobs. Regardless, I love its fitted, corset-y nature and I loved playing that up by adding my fabulous underbust harness.
And yes, the shoes. Gorgeous. But I consistently forget they’re a bit big and need an insole. Slightly-too-big patent leather shoes are mean, mean creatures.

I love the look ofr the harness… it is so very cool!
I always like this harness when you wear it. I may have to admit that it’s useful, someday. I love the way it puts a bit of edge to office-appropriate outfits.
Ooh I love every single item individually – and together, you look like a superhero! Gorgeous, as always, Sal.

Wowza! love the harness!
I would comment on how fantastic you look but I’m too busy being distracted by the adorable image of a wobbly miniature cheetah. 😀
Great pairing of that harness! It definitely has that animal print feel. The close up kindof reminds me of the veins of dragonfly wings.
You always mange to make animal prints look a bit classy.
That harness is super cute!
Love the whole outfit! I would most definitely consider the pattern an animal print, but in a kind of vague, animal print and I love it! Those shoes are perfect with the outfit.
Oh I am LOVING that harness! Hotness…that’s toned down with a simple, almost prim dress. The contradiction is fantastic. I have such a thing for harnesses. I have one that’s a bit different from yours that I bought at Sass & Bide in Australia. I need to dig it out!
I have a pair of shoes like that, slightly too big but too cute to give up. I finally dedicated a set of insole inserts to those shoes, so they’re always in place and I can’t leave the house in a hurry with my shoes falling off my feet.
I really should get myself one of those harnesses. I like wearing my belts up under my bust a lot but they like to slide down… this would not happen with a harness!
Cute, cute, cute! Perfect for our weird weather. Also, Sal, I know how much you love those hooded dresses, and I love them on you. However, I can’t spend that much on them no matter how cute they are. In searching, I found this dress, and LOVE it. I got it in the gray, and am getting it in the blue, too. Just passing on a great item! http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/,3841M_SoyBu-Apre-Dress-Stretch-Cotton-Long-Sleeve-For-Women.html
Amy, what a find! So adorable!
What a vixen!!!
I really love how you wore the dress and the belt together. Really cute.

totally hot! i’ve been wishing for something from audi’s shop but i haven’t convinced myself i can pull it off. you make this look sexy but totally respectable and normal. you are amazing.
Oh lady, thank you!
Oh wow. I love how you’ve taken a classic, almost boring shirt dress and made it sexy and a little subversive with the harness & patent leather shoes. Stealth-sexy! Love it!
i love this harness! i want one. 🙂
for your animal print dress, it’s just the right touch, and more interesting than a belt.
Wow, you styled that harness SO well, Sal! It’s just perfect with the wobbly cheetah. 🙂
