This gorgeous dress is a silk knit with detailed cap sleeves, which means it’ll be super fun to wear come summer. But it’s heavy and drapey enough to work in winter, too, and that graphic print pops just beautifully against a base of black.

Gorgeous color and print on that dress! And how beautiful does your neighborhood look, frosted with snow? xo
This is a VERY flattering outfit on you. I really like the length of the skirt with your tights and boots.
Just gorgeous. All of the lines work so well together.
Beautiful outfit Sally. I love Nanette Lepore. Someday when I will the lottery I will buy her things too.
Love this look, too! I have a similar print, two piece dress, but it has a longer in the back hem. How do you think that type of hemline would look with the tights and boots? Just got the idea from your post, but am unsure about the hemline. thanks, Sally. I really enjoy your posts and your TV show!
What!!! Sally has a TV show???!!??? :0 Where? can it be seen online? Do tell!!
Oh! Ladies, how I wish I had a TV show. 😉 I am on the Fox 9 Morning Show every Wednesday around 9:30 a.m. You can see some of my segments here: http://www.myfoxtwincities.com/search?vendor=ez&qu=sally+mcgraw
Thanks for your support!
Go for it, Janice! Here’s a look from last year with these same boots and a high-low hem to give you an idea: https://alreadypretty.com/2013/03/dressed-for-peacocks-in-the-snow.html
Thanks, Sally! I think I will, maybe as early as Sunday for church!
I really like the soft look of your hair front here – I wish I could get mine layered right to do that!
Also so jealous of all these nice snowy photos! Missing your neck of the woods 🙂
Not only does the print pop, but the whole thing jumps out from the snowy backdrop. I wonder if it’s fluffy snow or the kind that squeaks. Silk knit, what’s not to love, good for hot and cold.
What a pretty dress – I adore the fit and flare on you!
Fabulous look, i’d instantly wear this! We also have snow over here in Southern Germany which doesn’t restrict me from wearing dresses. Especially to the office, I now wear them with boots and a blazer, exactly as you do. Really love it!
