Red, white, and black is a favorite grouping of mine as it always feels clean and classic. Making this bright white dress the centerpiece mixes up the balance a little, and I loved being able to throw these funky polka-dotted pumps into the mix! Clearly, an outfit this retro-influenced calls for a pair of cat-eye shades.

So retro-fab, Sally. I love the unexpected polka dots at your feet! xo
I love that colour combination, I wear it all the time.
Your white dress is gorgeous, and I’m totally jealous of those fabulous polka dot pumps.
Love love LOOOVE this perfect outfit.

Fabulous retro – 50’s – look! Lovely – simple – colour combination!
Very striking, Love it!
Cute outfit! I love wearing versions of these colours, or just red and black as I feel really strong and smart in them (and they suit me).
I like the concept of this look. The fit and flare shape goes really well with whimsy of the dotted shoes. Unfortunately, the cardigan taped to your chest doesn’t look natural and fights with the vibe of the look. You should have just let it hang naturally.
I believe similar comments have been made before, and the answer is usually, “the cardigan is cotton. The dress is cotton. That’s how they interact.” Which is to say that the cardigan is most likely “hanging naturally,” not taped, just having been smoothed down over the bodice of the dress, and it’s flattering Sally’s figure instead of looking boxy or droopy.
I love the full skirt on this dress. The red sweater is a great accent color and how couldn’t everyone adore your shoes!

I love this look. So beautiful. I can never find such a cardigan which is tailored at the waist, but just a bit longer than your waist. Everything you have “thrown together” makes this perfect picture. Love the dress and the shoes as well.
I give you a 10.

Lovely, Sal. It all goes together so nicely and = retro fabness. Calvin Klein dresses are always cut so well.
