Ha ha ha. “Scattered flurries.” DO YOU LIKE MY FUNNY JOKE? That’s right, friends, the weather doesn’t care that winter won’t officially begin until the solstice. It’s sheets of ice on the roads, massive snow dumps, and subzero windchills from now on!
OK, hopefully not “from now on.” But for now, at least. I hope my fellow Minnesotans are all warm, dry, and safe after yesterday’s storm. In fact, that goes for anyone in the path of snowy nastiness!
P.S. If you’re in the St. Louis area, tune in to 1380 AM The Woman tomorrow at 1:45 p.m. to hear me chatting with Sonja Shin about packing tips and holiday party attire!

Snow looks so beautiful, Sal! Thanks for this.
Oh you look so pretty!
What a pretty picture that makes!
It’s a little off topic, but I am so glad I’m not the only person who says “DO YOU LIKE MY FUNNY JOKE?!” after making a silly joke.
DO YOU LIKE MY OFF TOPIC COMMENT?
I LOVE YOUR OFF TOPIC COMMENT, RACHEL.
I especially love asking, “Do you like my FUNNY joke” because it’s so hilariously pushy. Like I’m trying to make sure that my listener knows that this joke? It’s a funny one.
Oof, that scarf! Love it.
That scarf is darling, and I love this look! It’s nice to see winter /= black, but how you used warm rusty, earthen colors to make it a little bit more warm.
