The plants are rejoicing, but the people are glum as we seem stuck in an endless rainstorm these days. We’ve had a few warm days, but it mostly feels like spring is just beginning so my outfits have become a mix of lightweight layers and covered-up ensembles like this one. There was a raincoat involved, too, to keep warm and dry.
