This is the second time I wore and attempted to photograph this outfit, and the second time it rained the day I wore it. Yeesh! But the precipitation made the boots practical, and the fact that we saw the new Ghostbusters movie made the layers necessary. I saw people going into the theater carrying blankets, and I could totally relate. I love that theaters are cool refuges on hot and/or rainy summer days, but sometimes the staff can get a little over-enthusiastic with the A/C.
LOVED Ghostbusters, by the way. Kate McKinnon stole the show. Anyone else seen it yet?

I am just beginning to explore this leggings/skinny jeans, tunic top/dress, shorter jacket situation. I came here to browser for ideas and am pleased to find this so recent! It looks great.
And yes I LOVED GHOSTBUSTERS.
I am the kind of person that takes a blanket to the cinema! Or at least a large scarf that can double as a blanket! Got to keep the comfort up! And love your outfit.
