*In this late-night feature – which will run on Tuesday and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Holly requested a few picks for collarless wool coats, so here we go:
La Redoute Collarless Boiled Wool Coat – was $167.70, now $83.85
Holly was specifically looking for a wool coat that wouldn’t itch around her neck – assuming there’s a scarf in the mix – and I’m glad she specified because I tend to lump Mandarin collars in with collarless styles. But this one has a nice plain neckline and a roomy cocoon design. Brand recommends ordering up a size. Available in sizes 6 – 20, and in 35W in this black as well as peach. Size availability varies by color. This similar style is available in 12 – 28, and this one in 0 – 6 and some petite sizes.
Ralph Lauren Wool-Cashmere Snap-Front Coat – was $370, now $166.49
with code FRESH
This one is pricier due to cashmere content, but likely a bit warmer too. Fully lined with on-seam pockets, and such a sleek design. Available in this gray as well as black in sizes 2 – 16. Size availability varies by color. This style comes in XXS – 3X and is a similar design, though not wool.
Uniqlo Collarless Wool Coat – was $129.90, now $79.90
A great price for a lined wool coat! You can’t quite see it here, but this one has a hidden placket, so it creates a very clean line when buttoned closed. Available in this camel as well as black, white, and charcoal in sizes XS – XL, though sold out in many colors/sizes. There’s also an unlined version of this coat that’s not on sale and made from a poly blend, but still only $89.90, and available in a full size run. This deep v wool coat is gorgeous, too. (Use code NEWYOU for 10% off your $150+ purchase) This similar style is available in sizes 12-28.
Boden Sienna Coat – was $288, now $198.39
with code 3Y9L
And if you’d like a little color in your collarless wool coat, Boden’s got you covered. This is a wool-mohair blend, so has the potential to be itchy, but a lofty scarf should keep it from scratching your neck. Available in this stripe as well as tan, camel, navy, olive, or pink in sizes 2 -18. Size availability varies by color. Couldn’t find a thing truly similar in plus sizes, though other options linked to above and below.
