Insomniac Sale Picks: Low-heeled Ankle Boots

*In this late-night feature – which will run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*

Julie requested a few picks for low-heeled ankle boots, so here we go:

Nine West Paperlane – was $99, now $59.99

With an easy entry side zip, slightly rounded toe, and 1.25″ stacked heel, this sleek little ankle boot will work beautifully with casual jeans and dressier slacks alike. Available in this dark brown in US sizes 6 – 12. Also available in dark gray, taupe suede, red suede, olive green, and cognac for $82.99.

Fidji G543 – was $220, now $187.99

Quite a price jump from those affordable Nine West booties, it’s true, but Fidji is a highly rated comfort brand that comes recommended for folks with sensitive feet. This almond toed style has a 1.5″ heel and an artful design. Available in Euro sizes 35 – 41 in this dark gray and in warm brown. Sold out in size 40.

Miz Mooz Bailey – was $160, now $96.85 – $159.95

I’m a big fan of Miz Mooz and feel it’s one of the most underrated stylish comfort brands out there. These 1″ heel boots are definitely more on the tough-casual side of things, but tucked under a pair of dress slacks, no one would be the wiser. Available in US sizes 6 – 11 in this tan, black, and dark brown. Size availability varies by color.

Other not-currently-on-sale resources for low-heeled ankle boots:

  1. Amazon – Now is a GREAT time to begin keeping an eye on Amazon for footwear deals, especially boots. They’re listing nearly 2,000 pairs with heel heights under 1.75″.
  2. Piperlime – They’re calling the style “booties,” but they’re ankle boots for sure. Heels aplenty, but loads of cute and comfy styles like these daring leopard print ones
  3. Naturalizer – With this company, even higher heels will likely feel amazing, but low options look just as tempting. Love this trendy Western-influenced pair.

I have the Sam Edelman leopard boots that you have listed and can highly recommend them. Super comfy and they go with more than you would think! I can’t get enough wear out of them and love them so much that I ordered the same style in the snakeskin!

Thanks, Sally! LOVE the Miz Mooz pair, and while it’s one of my favorite brands, I had forgotten to check them out. Really appreciate these ideas.
