Insomniac Sale Picks: Printed Mid-height Heels

*In this late-night feature – which will run on Tuesday and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*

Raquel requested a few picks for printed mid-height heels, so here we go:

Soft Style Fayth – was $59, now $39.95

This pretty pastel peeptoe might seem like it will have limited application going into fall, but pull out that rich burgundy in your outfit and it will feel more seasonally appropriate. This shoe has a 2.75″ heel and 0.25″ platform, so it’ll feel like a 2.5″ heel. Available in US sizes 6 – 12, including some wide widths.

Bella-Vita Wow – was $95.95, now $36.99 – $71.99

This pump features autumnal tones in a floral cork print that includes subtle flecks of gold. If this version isn’t doing it for ya, also comes in a metallic herringbone, gold crosshatch, bronze snakeskin, black and white geometric, black snakeskin, and solid bronze. 2.5″ heel. Available in US sizes 5 – 12, including AA, D, and E widths. Size availability varies by color.

C Label Vicky – was $50, now $34.95

Such a great option for retro or rockabilly looks, but would also be fabulous for adding some spice to funky workwear. This is a fabric shoe just like the Soft Style peeptoe, so beware of wet weather. Available in black with white dots and in blue with white dots in US sizes 5.5 – 10. Size availability varies by color.

Johnston & Murphy Anita – was $188, now $79.99

Plaid! Plaid pumps with a low heel! How fun would these be with some dark tights and a leather skirt for fall? And the heel is only 2″ so incredibly walkable. These also come in black and white houndstooth as well as mustard with a burgundy bow, brown with a pink bow, and black with a teal bow. Available in US sizes 6 – 10. Size availability varies by color.

Other not-currently-on-sale resources for printed mid-height heels:

  1. Nine West – Everything from camo to herringbone mixed in there. Though some heels are definitely higher than mid …
  2. DSW – You’ll have to search by keywords like “polka dot” and “floral,” but there are lots of cute options in there.
  3. eBay– Lots of animal print in there, but other prints can be found. Be sure to refine your search in the left rail.

Wow, love that last pair! But I’m not familiar with Johnston & Murphy shoes. Do you know if they run true to size or if there might be any fitting concerns?

Eep, I’m afraid I don’t know, JB. I know Johnston & Murphy is a good, legacy brand but don’t have any direct experience with their shoes. And most of the reviews I can find through Google are for their men’s shoes. Sorry! 6pm does ship free if you want to take a chance, but you have to pay for returns …
