*In this late-night feature – which will run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Amy requested a few picks for straight leg ponte pants, so here we go:
Jones New York Straight-Leg Ponte-Knit Pant – was $69, now $17.99
Classic and clean, this pair features five-pocket styling, a simple straight leg, mid rise, and machine washability. They look ankle length here, but have a 33″ inseam. Available in sizes 2 – 16, sold out in 8 and 10. Here’s a similar pair available through size 24W. (Amy was hoping for low rise, which proved almost impossible but this slim pair features a lower rise.)
Land’s End Fit 2 Ponté Ankle Pant – was $69, now $22.99
Land’s End’s Fit 2 is a mid rise, and these are definitely ankle length with a 28″ inseam. No side pockets for a clean finish. Available in charcoal gray, red, and burgundy in sizes 2 – 18. Size availability varies by color. Includes some petite sizes. (Also in sizes 16W – 26W in black, charcoal, and navy.)
Eddie Bauer Ponte Pant – was $69.95, now $55.96
with code MOSS
This pant has “trouser styling,” which may mean a very slight boot but that leg looks remarkably straight to me! These are some of the only full-length straights I could find, with a 33″ inseam for regular lengths. Available in sizes 2 – 16, including some petite and tall sizes.
Other not-currently-on-sale resources for straight leg ponte pants:
- Macy’s – For some reason, Macy’s always seems to be lousy with ponte. Check brick-and-mortar stores for additional styles.
- Not Your Daughter’s Jeans – All high-waisted, but includes slim and straight legs in standard and plus sizes.
- Kohl’s – Great size diversity, and several straight leg styles.
