*In this late-night feature – which will run on Tuesday and Thursday of each week – I’ll gather up three fun items that are currently on sale online and share them with you! I would LOVE suggestions: Stylish wide-width pumps? Classic v-necked sweaters? Chandelier earrings? Petite dress slacks? What would you like to see featured?*
Susan requested a few picks for wide strap tank tops, so here we go:
J.Jill Linen Tank – was $39, now $29.25
with code SUNNY25
Friends, linen knits are THE BEST for keeping cool in hot weather. All the breathability of woven linen with almost none of the wrinkly-ness. This wide-strap tank is on the long side – hits at low hip – so it’ll layer well, too. Available in this blue as well as olive, navy, seafoam, coral, pale green, white, or black in sizes XS – XL, as well as petite, tall, and plus sizes. Size availability varies by color. For a non-linen, slightly shorter style from J.Jill check out the Wearever Tank.
Sonoma Striped Ombre Tank – was $20, now $13.99
More casual, but super cute and featuring a stylish notched neckline, this wide-strap tank is a cotton-poly blend for easy washing and wearing. Also has a shirttail hemline, which is great for figures with hips. Available in this peachy stripe as well as green stripes or blue stripes in sizes S – XXL. This plus-sized style also features a gradient stripe print.
Old Navy Split Back Tank – was $16.94, now $8.25 – $10.50
with code SAVEMORE
Some split back styles are super revealing, but this one looks like it offers decent coverage. Your mileage may vary, of course, since that split will do different things on different shapes. But this style also has super wide straps and a high neckline, making it ideal for pairing with long or statement necklaces. Available in this orange as well as olive, gray stripes, black stripes, or solid black in sizes XS – XXL, as well as petite and tall sizes. No exact match for plus sizes, but this plus size wide-strap tank comes in similar colors, as does this one.
Anthropologie Wide Strap Tank – $29.50
Not on sale, it’s true, but included tonight because it features both wide straps and a great scooped neckline, isn’t outrageously expensive at full price, AND is made in the U.S. (Warning, reviewers say the white isn’t as opaque as it appears here – bummer.) Available in this white as well as orange, black, blue, heather gray, or black microstripe in sizes XXS – XL. Size availability varies by color. This similar style is available in petite, tall, and plus sizes.
