The shape of this jacket and color of this dress make the whole outfit feel vaguely military, even though I can’t imagine heeled ankle boots becoming part of anyone’s uniform. I’m sneaking this one in – with its lightweight layers and full green trees – before shifting over to true fall outfits. Autumn took its sweet time getting here this year!

I miss seeing you in dresses, and your hair has never looked better.
“…the whole outfit feel vaguely military, even though I can’t imagine heeled ankle boots becoming part of anyone’s uniform.” Hee hee! Isn’t it funny how certain outfits can suddenly gives you the strongest feeling, even though it’s not at all logical? And I’m really loving your dangly earrings these days.
