I’ll admit it: I thumbed my nose at athleisure when I first heard about it. Partly because the word sounded so doofy, but also because it seemed like a “trend” that had been engineered by several well-placed athletic-wear companies. Now, though, I must admit that I have been playing around with some sneakers and sweats myself and enjoying the comfy-casual looks they create.
