This outfit is many weeks old, but when I got dressed for my Fox 9 Morning Show segment last week I realized there was some serious overlap. Here I did red accents and a leopard tank. I feel like nearly all of my online style consult clients end up with “magenta cardigan” on their shopping lists. And yet magenta cardigans are nearly impossible to find! Such a great piece to have in theory – since magenta works with jewel tones, pastels, brights, and neutrals – but most available cardigans are either too pink or too purple. I squealed with joy when I unearthed this one at a local thrift store. I’d rather it were a V-neck, of course, but I can make do. read more

Red, white, and black is a favorite grouping of mine as it always feels clean and classic. Making this bright white dress the centerpiece mixes up the balance a little, and I loved being able to throw these funky polka-dotted pumps into the mix! Clearly, an outfit this retro-influenced calls for a pair of cat-eye shades. read more
