I feel like I’ve said this about a jillion times: Even though red is my absolute, all-time favorite color to see AND wear, I don’t own or wear as many red pieces as I’d like to. For ages, my only red pullover was a merino crewneck that didn’t quite work with skirts, so I was delighted to find this slightly shorter scoopneck. And I took the opportunity to mix other reds and red-based colors into my ensemble. read more

So I wrote earlier this week that I’m feeling excited to create bold color mixes. And it’s true. But changing seasons and cooler weather also make me want to cozy up in muted tones and neutrals.
